2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been opened or used.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@eliune.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Prepare the Package: Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • Refund Issuance: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Place a New Order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • How to Cancel: Contact us immediately at support@eliune.com.
  • Post-Processing: Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned according to our returns policy.
